Greetings to Ubucon!

Unfortunately I cannot make it to the German Ubuntu user conference that happens today and tomorrow in Krefeld. But nevertheless I would recommend every one who is interested in Ubuntu and located in the region to pay a visit to the conference. Julius Bloch has made an amazing job.

    right, because you never bothered to ask them.
    Collaboration work has to be done not only on software level.

    I don't know where you get this information about Ubucon and FroSCon. There was no offical e-mail from the FroSon to the Ubuntu Deutschland e.V.

    There was only a few lines from you on IRC about that.

    The Problem with the Ubucon is, that it isn't anything related to Ubuntu.
    Most of the talks are not related to Ubuntu, and it is more a separate attempt of some people to establish something like the FroSCon.
    I'm sorry, but a Ubuntu Conference should be a Ubuntu Conference, not a "please not again an opensource meeting which we had a couple of weeks before".

    I'm sorry, but our beloved Ubuntu Deutschland e.V. had the opportunity to deal with the FroSCon guys, to get a Ubuntu Conference going during a very good prepared conference at FroSCon.
